In this author's video course, using the example of creating an accordion book, we will experiment with the form, improvise with the plot and learn how to tell a story with the help of an image. So, we will find a topic for narration and set the rhythm in the composition for book. We will create two accordion books, where we will apply two methods of shaping in the drawing. We will experiment with different colour options and work on the composition, visualizing it with the help of images. We will find the right rhythm and balance, taking into account the accordion book format, to make it attractive and dynamic.

Required art materials: matte tracing paper 90 gm (Canson / Aurora) , watercolor paper (Fabriano), double-sided tape, cutter, pencil, ruler

In this lesson, we learn how to create a light and airy plot of a city morning in Florence. We will use the line as the main method of graphic expression.

In this lesson we will create an interesting rhythmic composition, experiment with the form and we will create illustrations using watercolour stain and stylization.
